The Saco River by River Road in Conway would be a good bet. Gets stocked a ton. Besides that there isn't a ton except small native brookie streams.

How are people supposed to catch and release the fish? Expose them to air when they need water asap? A vertical drop head first is the best move. Better than them dying of suffocation.

I agree. I see room for improvement in some areas but NH simply doesn't have the potential for world class fisheries of many types, except for bass.

Wachipauka does get relatively deep (~30ft) so down in that deep spot there is probably fish, if there were to be any. I always saw loons patrolling that spot when I went but I didn't hook any fish.
