Yup, it's a Pflueger Progress. Smaller size, nickel plated spool. Makes for a little bit of a butt heavy setup, but it looks the part, save for my orange backing!

I'll add a Wright and McGill Sabalos to the list. I have one in a 9/10 and it's super smooth, sealed drag, and holds a ton of backing. Balanced perfect on my TFO Mangrove 9wt.

It's a deeper flexing rod than the BVK for sure. Don't know about "more powerful" but it's got plenty of huevos. Granted, I have a 9wt.
