Nice,however impractical.We up here in the northeast are afflicted with poor state and federal resourses.Lack of commitment to our fisheries and a basic overload of good ole boys.To get anything real done ain't in the cards.Sorry. :(

I think we just need to look at different way's to fund these projects. We have something in the works that hopefully will be anounced in the next month that will make these projects a relaity.
