Keep an eye out for rafts coming out of the rafting companies in Maine. But there are not nearly as many as you would find out west. For 16 foot aluminum boats, you should have no issue finding those.

I don’t know the brand, but I would suspect you’ll be fine with that set up. The water up there isn’t terribly large. A 3 wt is a little light, a 4 is near perfect.

I am no expert, but any sizeable river that runs into Winni, Newfound or Squam would be a place to start. A sudden temp drop, especially during the nights, and a good pump of rain will help.
