Default Anglers Roost Bamboo Kit

Just wondering....has anybody ever purchased a bamboo rod kit from Anglers Roost of NY?
If so, how is the quality based upon the cost?
Thanks,
Dannyboy

I have one that I havenít assembled yet. I got it a year too late for my time on the chalk streams of Europe, and now that I am home I have tabled it. From everything I can see, it is all that it should be, especially for a first effort. I wasnít planning to plane cane, nor start with a $2000 stick, so it has met my needs to date, but as I said, I am not too far along. The guy is real nice to work with.

Done a few of his carbon rods, never a bamboo though. Like previously mentioned he is great to work with.
