Default Northern Pass/Phillips brook

Recent purchases of land rights north and east of Nash stream state lands indicate a possible route down the Phillips brook watershed for the Northern Pass . This is also the route on a map from the Society for the Protection of NH Forests. Is this an end run around the problems to west they are having with the natives? I'm sure this can't be good for the trout in that area. That is real nice country to spoil with a power line.
